Personality: Raitou is a very timid person but he has been suffering from insomnia causing him to be paranoid and very dillusional when mixed with his bijuus blood lust it has a very scary effect towards other players where he will talk to himself trying to prevent an attack from occurring where the bijuu will take over causing Raitou to attack in a feral manner at any one within site. he has a alternate called storm he is a very normal person compared to Raitou when he takes over he controls the bijuu and trys to calm down what Raitou possibly started.

History: Raitou Grew up in Amegakure his family was a clan of outcast ninja from the Shinteki Clan, this clan was and always is the product of several wars that have happened in the the Amegakure region, and in turn the researchers altered the D.N.A of some of their clansman with horrible results until these clan specific abilities showed up and when the supposedly convict escaped and had a child these traits were passed down in even more or even with greater results but the city looked down on these clansmen and started to hunt them for almost little to no reasonbut simply that they where alive. Raitou escaped this mournful scene when he was eighteen and rose through the ranks of a different village and became the kage, now if he could he would quit it all just to go back and win back his clans name so they can live in peace.

Mizu no suchīrusutaffu:
Apearance: A 6 foot steel staff with a hollow inside, which in turn has tiny dime size holes in a 3 inch spacing surrounding the staff and on each end.these holes act as conduits for water or raiton attacks where they can funnel through the holes on either end or through the small holes for for elemental attacks. this staf also has a mechansism on the staff that closes a flaps on all of the hole but one on the end of the staff traping the chakra inside and or jutsu where it would be trapped then compress and soot out they other end like a gunshot, the shot could be different in strength depending on the chakra type flowed into the tube and or the strength of the jutsu.

Activation: the activation protocol is flowing chakra into the staff to close all the flaps and enable the gunshot mode to take place, from there it is a very minimal cost jutsu where you fire it off then tap a little chakra into a quick release lever that makes the flaps retract uncovering the holes.

Drawbacks: the staff is very easy too see due to its size, and depending on the user it can be countered with fuuton or katon.

Dengen Ken
Apearance: a full arm gauntlet that is made with a special conducting metal. it has a spider web type of grooves on its side.on its palm area it has a small crater like indent.this gauntlet cover the full hand up to 1 inch before the elbow and shoulder. in between these areas there is a layer of rubber covering the skin for chaffing.Also there is deep cuts within the metal flowing down to the palm with increasing grooves around the palm and the side of the hand making a chidori more effective , while also for rasengan user to form the sphere easier.

Ability: this full arm metal gauntlet is able to charge chakra through it then uses chakra manipulation to make a larger fist or just a harder impact. this arm is also able to used in conjuction with other attacks due to the indent in the palm area you can make a sphere Raiton chakra and slam it into the opponent or other wise if the user knew how to make a rasengan it would be a starting point for easier creation.

Downsides: this gauntlet will slow down the user due to the weight of the Guantlet, also if used for to long it will burn red hot and possibly burn the user.

Miscellaneous Gear: Raitou keeps a large scroll across his back and is very secretive about its contents.

Fighting Style: Raitou's fighting style is very close to that of eastern martial arts consisting of several forms of but mainly consisting of palm attacks and pushes that cause disorientation and small pockets of internal bleeding and when charged with chakra they can cause more severe internal injuries.

Appearance:a small marble size speck of water condensed into Raitou's palm. it can be flicked and or thrown using chakra as a shell to keep its form.

Hand signs for activation: Dog-monkey-horse.

Activation: when activated it expands into the size of a orange.


Chakra drainage: very little, can be used up to 10 times at Raitou's current level.

Effects:when hit the ball would cause an impact close to that of being it with a baseball bat.

Jutsu:Raiton:Kaminari no bakuhatsu


Effect:, the user would gather a sizeable amount of chakra to his finger tip and transform it into the element Raiton while he forms his hand into a gun shape and fires a Raiton type of blast towards their enemy and if struck it would create a large amount of third degree burns and even a hole if close enough, also can go through wall to hit opponent.

Cons: very weak against wind techniques above B Rank.

Summonings: Cougers

Location: the land between Amegakure and Hoshigakure in a cave surrounded by bones of the dead these cats wait.


Nindo: they only want to be strong and thus be commanded by someone stronger than they.


Conditions: the person must track down the current holder of this summon which would be Raitou Shinteki and either kill him or convince him to bind them with a summoning contract which is a long paw shaped tattoo on the users forearm.

Apearance: these cougers come in many different sizes and classes but most do not have chakra. the only couger summons to have chakra are the boss summons which all need a sacrifice to summon and no not the cutting of your thumb you need either a small animal or a live human being for it to willingly fight for you. most cougers do wear simple light weight armor for protective measures.


List of boss summons:

Shikedo:(Alpha female) this white albino couger is very sensitive to light but is very sturdy fighter. she requires a simple sacrifice of a small child preferably alive. this couger is covered in segments of white dyed armor made from leather, she is skilled in the element of futton being able to swiftly reach her opponent using the air or other wise funneling the wind using her mouth to generate a wide area attack called Shikedo screeching roar.



Sheito:(Alpha male) this male couger is about the size of gamakichi in shippuden. he requires a ninja jounin for his sacrifice when summoned. he wears an assortment of fabricated titanium armor covering his muscular body with opening at his joints and head, Sheito is skilled in Raiton use being able to a variation of Raiton no yoroi. also as part of his arsenal he has two tantou's sticking out of his shoulder armor for easy draw.

Regular summons:

Mountain couger: this couger has tan fur and is very light on its feet, it is considered one of the fastest.

Forest couger: this couger has a brown fur and it is a normal couger.

Cave couger: this couger has a very pale complexion due to its secretive home in the cave. Since it lives in darkness it has sensitive eyes but also in low light it can see extremely well.

(note these normal summons only require regular chakra to the tattoo located on the users wrist.)
